Remote access not working

I can watch my cable on my laptop while in my house or near my wireless router but cannot access it remotely. I've tried to run the wizard and it comes up with an error message about remote access but doesn't really give any clues on how to fix the problem.

Suggestions? Do you find this valuable?

If the wizard won't work, try setting up manual port forwarding for your Slingbox's ip address. You should be forwarding port 5001 to whatever ip address your Slingbox grabs. Then just setup your SlingPlayer to access your network's public ip address using port 5001 and the traffic should be routed to your Slingbox. Do you find this valuable?
